Wow, Frank. Many a question to be answered from your last posts.

X-tina and Brit...good question. I kinda think this comparison is over. I mean, when Christina came out with "Genie in A Bottle," it was the same kind of bubble gum pop as Britney, and no one really knew how iconic/media-attractive Brit would become, they were both just blonde teenage singers. They were kinda even, and for a while, Xtina was more in the spotlight. Especially during the "Dirrrty",  weird piercing days, but I think their rolls are pretty cemented now. Christina's voice is more powerful, no question, but Britney is definitely the bigger celebrity. People are more fixated on Brit herself, but more impressed by Christina's talent. So Frank, I'd say that at this point, they're the apples and oranges cliche, they're just not similar enough to compare. I'd say Christina is comparable to Mary J. Blige. Her voice is incredible, she's got a strong following, but she's not the most-watched celeb. Britney is more Madonna, bigger celebrity, bigger controversy, not the biggest voice.

Nicole Kidman. I don't hate her, don't love her. I think she's super talented, and I actually think she picks rolls that peak her interest, I don't think she just goes for the Oscar all the time, (CHARLIZE THERON). But, she's not my favorite, she just seems kinda boring.

Gwenyth is bane of my existence. That one time, I think it was at the Oscars that she referred to Anthony Hopkins as "Atony," that did for me. How pretentious can you get?! Also, NOT BRITISH. I know, I know Madonna did that too. When Gweynth does something immaculate, I'll lay off of her for the fake accent, but until then, you're from California, Gwen! AND don't name your kid Apple if you don't want press. I actually don't even not like the name, but she was "so shocked" by all the attention. Are you kidding? You're a celebrity. She also referred to Jay-Z in an interview as "Uncle Jay." Not "my kids call him Uncle Jay,", just "Uncle Jay." So so annoying.  She was also voted "Most Stuck Up" in 1998 by Moveline's 100 most. Thanks to IMDB for that little piece of info. Read her quotes on IMDB. She's so aggravating.

However, one of my favs is Zooey Deschanel. She makes music with this guy, they're called "She & Him," highly recommend. It's folksy, kinda mellow, but totally untouched. It's all just those two signing and playing guitar. Very good. Thoughts on Zooey?

LK, you took the words right out of my mouth about Gwenyth. Seriously, Apple Martin? I heard somewhere its a play on Apple Martinis, her supposed favorite drink, but that really doesn't make it much better.

Speaking of baby names, I'd like to hear your take on them, especially with the new introduction of Bronx Mowgli. The fucking Jungle Book. I thought it was bad enough when their wedding was Alice in Wonderland themed (although I would kill to have the Mad Hatter ordain my wedding) and then they name their kid after a character from the JB.

With love to LK and my Favorite Gay in the Universe, Cheryl.
